Some people think that it is more beneficial to take part in sports which are played in teams, like football. But others think taking part in individual sports is better, like swimming. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

As the cradle of health, sports activities play an extreme vital role in our daily lives. Some people may give rise to the idea that individual sports is of great benefit to them, however, I am convinced that it is more appropriate for people to join in team games such as football.
The opinion for citizens to choose a sports activity played in teams seems attractive for several reasons. First, the team sport required more than one person to play contribute to the development of socialization ability, which means they need to socialize and communicate in face to face situation. As a result, they are more likely to make new friends and be competent at building and maintaining a loving personal relationship. Second, exercise played in a team can also help people cultivate cooperative awareness which is vitally significant in their study and career path. For example, a team with people who are good at cooperating tend to generate an effect that the sum of the parts was larger than the whole, which is the charm of cooperation. Lastly, playing football with other people fills people with more happiness since the hard-fought victory will become the precious memory of them.
Some opponents of this statement argue that people should pick the individual sports such as swimming due to more advantages. First, people can do the individual exercise like running and swimming at any time whenever they have a desire to do. Compared with waiting for enough people to play football matches, it is more convenient and efficient. Furthermore, strength of sports played independently usually is larger than that played in teams. For example, if a people plays football for 1 hour, he may only run for 30 minutes and see others playing for the rest of time. On the contrary, if he swims for 1 hour, there is little time for him to have a rest. Therefore, more calories are burnt by individual games. As a result, people with less spare time are prone to do individual exercise to save time and keep health compared with team games.
In conclusion, I personally think that although the convenience and efficiency are the superiority of individual game, people who have enough time are more likely to prefer the team sport not only because it helps people make more friends but also because it offers more happiness and social skill promotion.

In that case, members will develop the ability of collaboration rather than go it alone, which is of great benefit to their future life.

Although the process of solving problems is tough, they will win a greater sense of accomplishment and personal honor.
In conclusion, I personally think that although the convenience and efficiency are the superiority of individual game, people who have enough time are more likely to prefer the team sport for the benefits of long-lasting friendship as well as cooperative awareness.
