今天给孩子送了手工干拌麻食,炒了一个混合菜,有鸡蛋、豆腐、红萝卜,大葱 、少许鸡蛋干、红尖椒,菜丸子,加了花椒面,带辣味黄豆酱、芝麻酱,酱油,盐,炒的时候,为了防止油腻加了点水,这样豆腐也好吃。
