Summary of Financial English

  It's a pleasure for me to be here in front of you to present myself.My name is He Yunn, Information Management and Information System is my major. l am one is bright, optimism and diplomatic,there is the person of responsibility.

  At first l choose Financial English class for improving my english. But at the end of this class l feel finance is a very important technology and lt's very important to know to understand what happens in real words.

  Financial English inspire me to develop another hobby.I want to know more about it. But get to the point. I want to talk about three points what I have learned in finance class.

  First, function of Central banks: The two main responsibilities of Central banks——financial stability and economic stability. Further more, let me talk about the two main tools. For financial  stability, the main tool the Central bank have is lender of last restore powers by providing short-term liauidity to financial institutions. For economic stability, the principle tool is monetary policy; in normal times, that involves adjusting short-term interest rates. Finally. let me give you a brief introduction to bitcoin which is changing finance. According to what I have learnt, Bitcoin is the first decentralized digital currency. Bitcoin are digital coins you can send through the internet. Compared to other alternatives, Bitcoins have a number of advantages Bitcoins are transferred directly form person to person via the net without going through a bank or clearinghouse. This means that the fees are much lower you can use them in every country. Your account cannot be frozen and there are no prerequisites or arbitrary limits. Let me show you some examples of how Bitcoins are already used today: you can purchase video games, gifts, books, serves, and clothes; several currency exchanges exist where you can trade your Bitcoins for dollar, euros, and more. Bitcoins are a great way for small business and freelancers to get noticed. It doesn't cost anything to start accepting them there are no chargebacks or fees and you will get additional business form the Bitcoin economy.

  To sum up, l see finance as one of my broad intellectual interest. l believe It's fundamental and very important. in my opinion. this course is only a starting point, there are still more knowledge to learn for me. l will never give up to learn about it in my daily life.
