Instead, an upcoming well-plotted drama could serve just right for him, who wanted to really enjoy that moment alone rather than toggling around with his remote control infinitely, wasting time. So why the distraction?

From the positive perspective, more TV shows on air suggests more options by the viewers, while at the same time, it also kicks off the concern about possible poor quality that may sprout up as something negative. Personally, I would not consider it a smart move if more TV shows are to be on the screen.
