And when that new day finally dawns, it will be because of a lot of magnificent women, many of whom are right here in this room tonight, and some pretty phenomenal men, fighting hard to make sure that they become the leaders who take us to the time when nobody ever has to say "Me too" again.

1.句子主干

It will be because of women and men.

即“这将是因为女人和男人”。

如果原文只有主干，可能没人知道这到底是什么意思。

因为，它至少存在三个疑问：

it指的是什么？

women是什么样的women？

men是什么样的men?

下面分别来看。

2.句子成分和单词

“When that day finally dawns”即“当那天真的来临时”，这句话为后面搭建了一个“场景”。

women的修饰语是：
