What is illustrated in our daily recordinglist clearly shows interesting changes with regard to Breakdown & Changeover

As can be seen in the graph . The number ofBreakdown over 30 minutes was on a fall over the period form several in last weekto 0 in this week

By contrast , The number of Miro-stop remainstable comparison with past days .

Several major driving factors that contributeto above-mentioned in our daily recording may be summarized as follows

First and foremost factor that I would liketo emphasize here to is all technicians deliberately register some cases under30 minutes

Another spur that the majority of people failto pay enough attention to is Engineers & Technicians are not focusing on allthese Miro-stop.

One more thing that can not be ignored is MBDReport should put important position in our daily . as we align a week ago .Supervisors need to review

MBD report regularly after engineer finish it . Up to now , I don’t see any MBD to submit me . MBD shouldbe in your daily schedule

I expect next Monday I canreceive hard-copy MBD report after all is reviewed by you !
