    1. 如何在30秒内争取客户注意力

    * Walmart is selling our new product, are you interested ? Can I take you 2 minutes ?

      我们上了一款新产品, Walmart也在卖,你有兴趣了解一下吗?就两分钟时间。

    * This is ××, doing ×× for 12 years, our product quality is great, almost no complaint, are you interested ?

      我是××,在××这行做了12年。我们的产品几乎没有遇到过投诉,你有兴趣了解一下吗?

    * Do you know ××, he is very famous designer, and he design for us.

      你认识××, 他是欧美注明的设计师,10年经验的。

    * I find you are selling ××, how is it selling ?

      我看到你在卖一款产品,这款产品卖的怎么样?

    * I find you ×× in your website, its old product, did they sell out  ?

      看到你网上买的这款产品,是2年前的旧款,现在已经卖出去了吗?

    * I emailed you a new product, sells thirty thousands pieces a month, are you interested in it ?

      我邮件发了一款新产品,最近一个月卖了3万台,不知道你感兴趣吗?

    * Just receive a complaint about this product, are you interested ?

      最近收到一个投诉,关于这个产品的,你想听吗?

    2. 如何巧妙越过前台

    * Hello, May I speak to Mark ?

      ( Sorry there is no Mark here )

      Oh, sorry, then who is purchasing manager now ?

    * Hello, this is Linda, may I know your name ?

      (Mary) 

      Your voice is very nice, May I speak to Mark ?

    * Hello Mary, May I speak to Mark ?

    * Hello, this is Linda, May I speak to Mark ?  He knows me very well.

    * I have something urgent to talk with him, otherwise they will be a big problem.

    * He sent me an email ( We have met fair days before), I have something to talk to him.

    3. 如何回复我现在有点忙

    * OK, so when are you available ? I can call you.

    * Can I call you tomorrow ? Say 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.

    * In fact , I have emailed you before, and understand you must be very busy,  so I called and just        take you 2 minutes.

    * It's too hot, maybe out of stock very soon.

    * We will give you some discount if make order this week.

    * You can pay little deposit first, and pay balance twice.

    * It's really hot, and you can have good profit, we believe you will not miss it.

    7. 如何回复 ” 我已经有合作伙伴 “

    * Who is the lucky company ?

    * It's ok, maybe in the future we can still work together.

      As you are our VIP customer , we made a special price for you, lower than our market price.

    * It's ok, can I still share market information with you in the future ?

    8. 如何回复 ” 你 Email 我吧 “

    * Just send you an email 1 minute ago, can you open it now ?

    * Ok I will email you again.

      Just think you need at least 3 minutes to check email, to save your time, better I talk to you by phone, just 2 mintes.
