这是我第二次自己做饺子!
看看我是如何琢磨的呢?
揉面:用开水加盐和水,然后慢慢倒入面团中,首先呈絮状,然后揉成面团,面团要稍微干一点,等会才好擀成皮

准备肉馅:
将里脊肉剁碎,加入蒜末,小葱,胡萝卜碎,盐,油,淀粉,搅拌均匀,最好用手揉捏几下更入味儿

擀皮儿:
我是这样脑洞大开的,哈哈!
将面擀平,然后用个杯子,倒扣在面团上,你看嘛

接着包陷儿,因为手笨,只会包最笨嘴笨的这种,两只手一起捏,不露馅,就这样咯……
这就是我今早包的呀!
我表示很费力气,尤其擀皮儿的时候!
给我汗都弄出来了!

最后,锅里放足够多的水,水开下饺子,接着煮两分钟,放点冷水,小火煮,直到飘起来,就可以咯!

还缺一个蘸水,自己随意打:
小葱,香菜,耗油,生抽,醋,老抽,面条鲜,花椒油,辣子面,芝麻油,我觉得味道刚刚好的!
