Hello!l am ZhangYu.I often ride the bike to keep fit. I eat healthy food too.
For breakfast,I always have an egg.I also eat noodles,and drink a carton of milk.This help me start the day well.
For lunch and dinner,I often eat some rice and vegetables.I also eat some fish and meat.I eat fruit every day.I like eating apples .An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Some people think healthy food and exercise are not important for them. I think it not sure.We need healthy food and exercise to keep fit.If you eat fast food every day and seldom exercise,you will be very fat.
A healthy lifestyle is important for us. We will keep it every day.
