状态栏

mStatusBarView = (PhoneStatusBarView) mStatusBarWindow.findViewById(R.id.status_bar);

在PhoneStatusBar.java中

看下com/android/systemui/statusbar/phone/StatusBarWindowManager.java的add方法，这里把statusBar父布局加到WindowManager里面

通知中心

同样在com/android/systemui/statusbar/phone/PhoneStatusBar.java里面的 addStatusBarWindow()方法里面
有个makeStatusBarView()，其中有去设置panel的 一些条件

mNotificationPanel = (NotificationPanelView) mStatusBarWindow.findViewById(R.id.notification_panel);
mNotificationPanel.setStatusBar(this);
mNotificationPanel.setGroupManager(mGroupManager);
