在学习处理Mask RCNN时需要的一些问题，特此记录下来。

1 numpy版本与tensorflow版本不对应，提示warning

Using TensorFlow backend.

降低numpy版本，目前tensorflw使用的是1.4.0版本，故而numpy版本使用1.17以下：pip install numpy==1.16.0，版本过低的话又会提示如下信息，经测试1.16.0合适。

2 运行inspect_model.ipynb中Configurations时提示错误

----> 3 import pycocotools._mask as _mask

ImportError: No module named 'pycocotools._mask'

解决方法：
linux中直接使用 pip install pycocotools安装
windows下 先安装windows 中需要先安装 Visual C++ 2015在使用pip install pycocotools安装。最后将安装后的pycocotools拷贝到samples\coco目录下
