今天工作：

上午两节课，下午集体备课。

两顿饭：

午饭    西葫芦炒鸡蛋，米饭

晚饭    韭菜鸡蛋饺子

味道不错，除了咂嘴声，还有夸赞声。

娱乐  打了一场乒乓球，打的时候开心愉快，打完之后腰酸背痛。
