作为一个初入职场的英语老师，我要求自己全英文授课，让学生学好母语的同时，也同时可以浸泡在英文听说的环境里，从而学以致用，可以将学到的用于实践，更好地用英语语言进行交流，能够了解西方文化，让思维得到扩展。我不否认英语考试的作用，但是学习语言更重要的是交流。
所以，在这里，希望自己一直保持初心，可以让更多的孩子提升自己英语语言输入和输出的能力，而不仅仅在应试能力方面。
