Thoughts after the ceremony

Today I have finished an awards ceremony which is called' insist on doing one specific thing. To be a better person. ' 

After this ceremony, I found I have done something which is not perfect. Everybody did a good job. And I need to overcome my defects. If I have something to do. Don't wait. Do it at once.

Besides that, I need to help the other people in my team to improve themselves. I need to arrange the suitable position for everyone. Let them feel like I am getting home. This is where I belong to.

What matters to me is Reading and Exercising. I can go to do some exercises with Mingming. Reading what i like everyday. I need to push me to read.

Then I need to do something which is more, and think more. Of course it is diffcult at the beginning. But after doing it, you mau Find it so amazing.
