    They love themselves and know that these habits and attitudes toward life make them significantly happier than choosing the wrong things.

    They’re ensuring that they treat themselves the best and control their feelings about themselves instead of influencing others.

    Growth is a sign of happiness.

    You don’t have to become a millionaire or sell 10,000 copies of your book in the first week; the journey from zero to wherever you are should be celebrated as much as the former.

    When you upgrade and grow, you involuntarily feel great about yourself. Give yourself a reason to be happy by working out every day, excelling in your work, or simply becoming 1% better than yesterday.
