女排队长惠若琪退役

　　早在去年11月的一场活动中，里约奥运会的女排冠军队长惠若琪就曾透露了即将退役的打算。

　　终于，在2月3日的女排联赛赛后，这位27岁的排坛美女正式举行了退役仪式，她的职业生涯就此画下句点。

　　退役并不意味着小惠就此告别体育，她曾说过要让体育成为解决社会问题的一把钥匙。为此，她成立了以自己名字命名的排球基金会，也曾前往青海短暂支教。

　　在这位曾经历过两次心脏手术的队长看来，帮助更多的人才是她人生下半场奋斗的目标。

　　“运动能让人得到更多，能培养人坚强的品格，我希望能够把运动的力量传递给大家。”

　　16岁，最年轻的女排国手

　　惠若琪从小就展露出排球方面的天赋。由于身高1.97米的父亲惠飞曾在大学时打过排球，遗传父亲基因的小惠在8岁时就接触到了这项运动。

　　2006年，15岁的惠若琪代表南京市参加了江苏省第十六届运动会，并收获了室内排球和沙滩排球两项冠军，之后她被正式征召进江苏省省队。

　　进入省队的惠若琪迅速坐稳了主力的位置，并凭借在女排联赛中的出色表现被当时的女排主帅陈忠和招入麾下，参与到国家队的集训中，16岁的她也成为了最年轻的女排国手。

　　由于当时与冯坤、杨昊和王一梅等国手的实力还有很大差距，惠若琪参加完国家集训便回到了省队，这也让她与2008年北京奥运会失之交臂。

　　惠若琪的母亲许雪媛在接受采访时透露，女儿落选国家队曾大哭了一场，“我们跟她说，有很多人可能连试训都去不了。你已经做得很不错了，而且将来的空间还很大。”

　　的确，属于她的时间才刚刚开始。

　　惠若琪此后连续被选入国家队，虽然都是替补，但毫不掩盖她的光芒。在2009年和2010年瑞士女排精英赛上，她两度夺得最佳一传。

　　2011年，惠若琪终于成为国家队中的主力。在主教练俞觉敏的执教下，她与队友一起拿到亚锦赛冠军和世界杯季军。

　　两年之后，郎平开始执教危难中的中国女排，22岁的惠若琪成了中国女排历史上第15任队长，她也是继张蓉芳、郎平、许新、李国君、孙玥后又一位担任队长的主攻。

　　两次心脏手术，靠电击逃过“鬼门关”

　　早在2008年时，陈忠和就对惠若琪寄予厚望，“这个孩子非常不错，训练能吃苦，就是身体太单薄了一些，她基本功不错，技术也比较全面。”

　　但这位曾率领女排获得雅典奥运会冠军的教头坦言，惠若琪也有明显的不足——身体太单薄。

　　惠若琪的职业生涯不幸被陈忠和言中，身体素质并不出众的她成了“玻璃人”。在十多年的国家队生涯中，伤病成了她头顶悬挂着的“达摩克利斯剑”。

　　2010年，在女排大奖赛澳门站比赛中，惠若琪肩膀脱臼。一开始，她竟然将脱臼的胳膊自己接了回去;但当第二次脱臼时，疼痛让她已无法再场上坚持。

　　“全身发抖，脸、嘴全都是苍白的，然后眼泪就顺着眼角不停往外流。”惠若琪的父母曾描述女儿从手术室被推出来的细节，话语中透着心疼。
