解决方法：
这里的报错，分析了下，发现jenkins拉下代码来编译，编译不了，发现就是workspace下面没有java代码编译需要的pom文件，要将代码路径切换到有pom文件的地方，才可以mvn install。
就是在jenkins上build上面--------调用shell，在shell切换编译路径
