Just observing without judgment can tell me lots about truth. If i judge what i saw, i only can see what i want to see.
When we hear, see and feel, we will think. Our thoughts is very limit, they depend on what you have learnt and what you have known.
If you want to get more about the truth, you should let things be of themselves.
