today is the first day I get up early.although my  work efficient is not satisfied me,but this is a good start,at least I didn't stay in bedroom and surfing all the time.

I fond my English is so poor  that I can't speak with foreigner fluency.Because I know that I will make mistakes as soon as I open my mouth and  speak English.I also know that my pronunciation and grammar are poor badly.So I afraid that I will be laughed and have no selfconfidence .

it's time to change.I will renew my paper with English from now on ,holped that I can persist for a long time.
