HOW TO STAY SHARP IF THINGS ARE GETTING CHAOTIC AND PENDING WITHOUT RESULTS

Always remind yourself that everything bad is just part of the training offered by God in good faith.
I have been busy without anything gained or done these days, after the production department fails to get products ready even two months subsequent to the date promised. I have got customers chasing me around phoning me for daily check as if I were a movie star. But they have no idea that how hard it will be for me to get the packing materials from the purchasing who delays payment to the supplier for more than half a year. Nor will they realize that it is hardly likely for me get positive feedback from a workshop running out of raw materials for further production but struggling through stop-and-go operation supported by limited resources it has.
It is exhausted to keep busy for a long period without definite reply or result. And one is easy to get numb with the sense of resistance and powerlessness if her pray hasn't got an answer, her action a reaction, for a long time. I know that this may last for a certain duration, and it is wise to figure out a way accordingly.
Do what could be done and leave out all the rest. Locate what's available and set what's pending aside. Time limited is just for things with a promising feedback. Go around those uncertain since it may eat up my time like a black hole bottomless. Do something meaningful to you instead of wasting time on situation pending or vague.
No more complaining to further the sense of desperation. I could get more things done if I spend the time wasted on useless complaint on something else helpful and be calm and peaceful enough to see what I could do.
List what's left undone and get it out of mind. It feels tired when something unsettled keeps lingering around my head. It is better to lead it away from me so as to spare enough space for new things coming along.
Be with plan and plan B. Know what to do and can switch direction once the original way is blocked. Smoothen the process where we convert from plan to plan B. Keep reminding myself that every negative feeling raised is a waste of energy.
Make what you have done measurable and what gets you hindered visualized. Know that I am doing something even if the situation stands still and the thing remains the same. Note down everything that is in the way of my fulfillment of certain thing. A track of action and limitation may make me feel my power over my schedule again.
