入口间满满的菠菜香气充满口腔,随着水润满口腔,水中露出丝微的洋葱用蜂蜜黄油凝练轻煎的味道在舌尖慢慢传开覆盖整个舌头,随后富有层次感的鹰豆,以及从口腔传入鼻腔松果的香气,强烈着充满整个口腔以及鼻腔,再到神门,尾喉留着红糖的香气。
留在口腔与舌头上特殊的乌龙香气,有着黑糖与巧克力蛋糕,与小饼干的味道,带着强烈着香草巧克力的味道,丝丝顺滑浓浓的回味。

茶汤的味道减淡,颜色变浅,随着味道在口腔中只留下淡淡的鲜甜,但是从一口而下的回响依旧停留在口腔中,未散而开,像盛开过后凋零的花,味极而散。

THE Winter tea is grown up after dongzhi (冬至 ), tea tree during the winter cold wheater goes slow growing up because of the temperature could be down to freeze but in some case during the warm winter(global warming ) tea tree still growing and the tea bud will absorb cold dew and cold air. and the tea getting less bitter and have cold flavor on the tongue to taste and savor. by the way, mention the winter tea has much special cold rime taste. and not all winter tea can name by 冬片 ( dongpian) only the tea grow after 冬至. and winter tea burgeon by September, harvest by October or November. whereas 冬片 burgeon of November, harvest by December or next year January.

冬片茶是长在冬至之后的茶,茶树在冬天的时候因为天气进去寒冬的关系,温度的变化进行缓慢甚至停止生长。而此时茶树的内部正直自我积蓄能量让下一次的生长吸收足够多的能量以及空气水土的气息,因为近年来的全球气候变暖的缘故,少有的暖冬,变成年年都有的平常事,也让产量较少的冬片茶以及冬茶渐渐在市场上变多,当茶树吸收了冬天的冷霜以及寒冷途中的凝露,在苦寒中收敛丝丝的涩意,让茶叶的温度与韵味带着冬天寒风中那股冷敛的气息。甚至在某些情况下好的冬片茶味道不输春茶。冬片茶与其他冬茶不同的地方在于冬茶在九月发芽,十月十一月采收,而冬片茶在十一月发芽 十二月甚至到了来年的一月才能采收制茶,可以说含蓄了一年的最后的力量。
