2018年底就下决心要提高写作，经过咨询周边的朋友，推荐了007的平台。从此开始关注微信公众号，因自身很排斥写作，所以并没有用心开始练笔。为了能让自己的阅历更深，能跨级更多的领域，每天都会听一本樊登推荐的书，久而久之，大脑吸收了一些零零碎碎的知识和文字，但发现听书并没有帮助自己的写作，每次写工作总结、通知邮件、会议纪要，都是提起笔后无从下手。深刻意识到，如果每次写作都是模仿，那么就不会有进一步的成长，职场就不会有晋升的空间，梦想就因此而搁浅。
2020年4月，我终于下定决心加入007，用输出倒逼输入，学会真正的写作，写出符合标准的文章。做为一名自带着天生拖延症的天秤座，现在对007感触最深的一句话是“先完成再完美”，希望加入007后，不仅可以提高写作水平，同时也提高自律性和改善拖延症。我相信，用心接受写作，就会爱上写作。

In order to inrease my experience and to cross more knowledge in different fields, I decided to listen a book recommended by Fan Deng every day. After a period of time, I have learned some pieces of knowledge and text, but I find that it does not help my writing skill, when I write a work summary, notification Email or meeting minutes, I still have no idea to start writing. If each writing is imitating, which will be no further growth and no room for promotion in the career.
In the April of 2020, I finally made up my mind to join the team 007, try to use input force output, learn to what exactlly writting, how to meet the level writting of standards articles. As a Libra who is born with procrastination, the sentence that touched me the most of 007 is "complete first and then perfect". I hope that I am not only improve my writing, but also improve self-discipline and succeed in dealing with procrastination after joining 007.I believe that accept writing carefully will fall in love with writing.
