注释
1.碧玉：碧绿色的玉，这里用以比喻春天嫩绿的柳叶。

3.一树：满树。一：满，全。
4.绦（tāo）：丝绳，丝带。这里指像丝带一样的柳条。
5.裁：裁剪。
【译文】
高高的柳树上，满满地披上了绿枝新叶。万千枝条垂下来，恰似轻轻飘动的绿丝带。谁的巧手裁剪出这细细嫩叶？原来是那二月里温暖的春风，它就像一把灵巧的剪刀。

There stand tall willows with countless jade-like twigs and leaves.
Thousands of green silk ribbons are hanging from the whole trees.
Who has tailored all these thin tender leaves?
Whoever has done the good job is the early spring breeze that resembles a pair of smart scissors.
