The weather was very warm.

We did observation.

We had 7 players.

1/Warmup~We did running with the ball and dribbling through small goals.

2/Technical Drills~The main content was about running with the ball under control changing direction in a zig zag manner.

3/We played a 3 v 3 small sided game where players exhibited some of the skills learnt.

The weather was nice and warm.

I assisted the Under 11 coach.

1/Warmup~We played a warmup game where 4 players were marking and others keeping possession.

2/Technical Drills~The training content was about dribbling,ball control and passing.We also did some coordinating runs.

3/We played a tactical awareness game where 3 teams played together with one team marking.The other 2 teams will be passing to each other and could score after 5 passes.

We had 12players from Under 6years.

1/Warmup~We did ball farmiliarisation drills and dribbling with the ball under control.

2/Technical Drills~We did a circuit training where players jumb over small hurdle for agility and running with the ball ending up shooting.

Summary Session

3/We played 1v1 for a minute per pair.Then we played a 3v3 match where players really enjoyed the competition.The winners from 2 games played each other and came up with the ultimate winner.
