我们使用开源的ncclient作为NETCONF Client, https://github.com/ncclient/ncclient 想了解更多请访问官方GIT。
服务器使用CNETOS7 自备python 2.7 所以只需要安装 ncclient就OK了，如果是windows请自行baidu安装python 环境与安装ncclient
安装命令： pip install ncclient
具体过程：

如果安装报错参考以下解决方式
1、安装ncclient报错，无法安装lxml
Building lxml version 4.1.1.

ERROR: /bin/sh: xslt-config: command not found

解决方法：
yum install python-pip
pip install wheel
pip install lxml
2、报错2 :src/MD2.c:31:20: fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory
yum install python-devel
3、报错3: c/_cffi_backend.c:15:17: fatal error: ffi.h: No such file or directory
yum install -y libffi libffi-devel
