Today, I learn about the lives of the older generation in the past century. And I thank my good lucky stars because I was born in the new era.
In the past, the children had very few choice. They would usually follow in their father's footsteps and do the same kind of job as their father. But now, young people have higher education which opens doors to new kinds of jobs and TV exposes us to ideas form other cultures. Obviously, our life is more colorful and we can do many things that our parents never dreamed of. We can invest in stocks or dye our hair purple. But there are some young people who are getting into trouble with sex and drugs. If your children are doing all this, you have a reason to be worried.
