Hello everyone, today I would do a brief introduction of cosmetic cream jars. Talking about cream jars, there are so many materials to choose from. PS, AS, PP, acrylic, glass etc. Here we got some samples for each material.
You can actually judge the price difference at a glance of these jars. If we look deeper, you'll find different material combination and structure difference. All the cream jars have 3 parts, the body, the liner and the cap, though some jars don't include the liner. For plastic jars, no matter which plastic material, there are double layers or single layer, but for glass jars, normally there is only single layer, and the main difference for glass jars are the weight and the glass raw material. For the double layered jars, the inner layer is mostly made of PP or many brands prefer PCR these days.
If you woud like normal quality jars with average price, there are a plenty of choices among PP, PS and glass. AS mateiral is slightly higher cost than PS, at the same time it is more shatter resistant than PS, so you'll mostly find the PS jars in smaller capacity or size. According to the shape, you'll mostly find the PP jars in round shape, however, other materials have so many other shapes like square, hexagonal, octagonal etc. and for the process, you'll find the injected parts in different colors, or sprayed color on the surface like colored glass jars, or the sprayed color on the inner layer as acrylic jars. You can see this jar is acrylic and has brown color, actually the color was sprayed inside and the acrylic outside is transparent. However it looks like a brown jar when we look at it. The main process for the caps are also anodized aluminum or eletroplating, but since the cap is big in size, the process cost is sometimes very high. The capacity for cream jars are mostly from 5g-500g.
