Whenever I come across problem, the first comes to mind is to run away. I'm a coward and I'm afraid to face the music. Today I went for a job interview, I didn't get it , I inevitably fell back into negative emotions, Is that real? Why I'm a loser ? I'm not a hardworking person? Do I have any advantages? I keep asking myself such kind of questions. I feel so helpless, I can't see any future in my life.

What can I do to improve myself? What are my life goals? To be honest I cannot figure out the answer. Maybe it's because I'm too naive , I thought I can just live my life without any plan, but I was wrong, everyone needs to be responsible for themselves, I cannot let my lackadaisical attitude ruin my future.
