    Habit is a repetitive, often unconscious law of behavior, which is acquired through repeated repetition of certain actions.

    The magical 21 days can form a habit, in the conscious and subconscious mind, the subconscious mind never sleeps, it is always silent waiting for the conscious sentinel to drift away.

    Habits don't actually affect our personal lives alone, and many psychologists agree that changing habits is the key.

    conscious

    adj. 意识到的;故意的;神志清醒的

    eg.Or, should I say, a more conscious version of me.

    不然,我应该说,我有了一种更清醒的认识。

    subconscious

    adj. 潜意识的;下意识的

    n. 潜在意识;下意识心理活动

    eg.This step prepares both your conscious mind and subconscious for action.
