回北京的飞机了，一天在上海折腾，有很多的学习，最重要的是认识到自己的珍贵！

2021年是自然，纯粹，奢侈和奉献的一年，这一天收到很多关于competence，metaskills的反馈，都收到了！READ and work with EMOTIONAL FEILD，reveal system to itself，create 3rd entity and create from it, create from everything!

It polish my learning about knowledge and tools, living and painfully integrate metaskill and principle to myself and to my co-lead,and all the participants, that means we are creating what we want from EQ,SI and RSI layer by layer. In the end, what I want to say all the principle,competence and tools can be learned,trained and developed, I find in the center of myself, nature,kind,love and willing to serve  is the quality of my unique entity, it is very premium! in essence level it my first name, Kun…it means land,earth ! I will live out my unique entity in all daily life, in the relationship with my self, family,freind, coaching and training clients, and with this world!

And my freind, thank you for your company in the last two days, bring who you are and  who you are not here, outter role,inner role,goast role, and I also can sense time spirit here, we Chinese team like mother river yellow river of this country, and Japanese team like 温和的小溪，and lake from Singapore and ocean from Australia,o support and love， we are all water,?nurishing the life in this world, maybe you are only one drop, and you are all,pls remeber your 珍贵！
