(自己的一点点经验，仅供参考)
一、 试讲前
1.进场、签到、分组、抽签。
我抽的4号。
等着叫号进入抽题室。所有学科、组别的4号一起过去。
2.进入抽题室。交面试准考证、身份证，抽取试讲题目，题目打印在一张A4纸上。
我抽的是一节口语课，试题纸上只有一个小对话，还有几点要求。
旁边的女生抽的是节阅读课。（其他考生可能会抽到写作课，语法课等。）
拿到试题纸，我就开始写稿。
3.接着领考官又带着大家到备考室准备，发了演草纸。
20分钟后，就去自己的面试考场。
我去的时候里面的考生还没讲完，等了她一会。
进入面试考场，也是先看面试准考证、身份证，然后结构化面试。
二、 结构化问题（问题记得不是太清楚了）
1. 王老师看不清后排学生的表情…如果你是王老师如何解决？
2. 王老师上课说学生连这么简单的问题都不会，学生家长找到班主任，如果你是王老师如何解决？
（ps：等候试讲时，好多考生还在背一些时事政治，感觉出的可能性不大。）

三、试讲过程
介绍：（要面带微笑，当时自己好像就忘了）
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I am number 4. It's my great honor to be interviewed here. I apply for English teacher of junior middle school. My topic is a speaking lesson（因为没有题目， 我就这么说的）. Now, I am ready, may I begin my class?

监考老师提问2个问题，都是关于学生口语的。
然后一个监考老师说我的发音挺好的，就是眼镜会往下掉，会影响学生听课。哈哈。
到这里感觉肯定会过啦。
总结：
面试前肯定要好好准备，各个类型的课都要过一遍。
面试过程中一定要自信大方，面带微笑，发音正确，声音洪亮。
（其实微笑这点讲着讲着自己都紧张忘了）
