独立合同，不需要找室友合租 Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester or has co-op, you’re not responsible for their payment.

房租包含水电煤气网络等杂费  rent is all inclusive of: utilities (electricity*, gas, water, sewer, trash pickup), premium cable, wired & Wi-Fi internet, washers & dryers, access to all of evo’s community amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them.
