这个问题的最佳做法是升级 gradle 插件到 3.1 以上，不过有时候因为一些原因不能升级，需要用下面的办法解决。
也有说法创建一个软连接到文件到其他芯片架构的目录上也是可以的，比如执行命令
ln -s arm-linux-androideabi-4.9 mipsel-linux-android

下载后解压，放在 toolchains 目录下就可以。仅仅上传了 mac 版本的。
