How does a 3D print work?
3D printer shocked the modern world again and again. Industries involved have been increasing day by day. "How does a 3D printer work" is becoming a hot topic for the public.
A typical 3D printer is just like an inkjet printer operated by a computer. Just like X-Ray checking, the computer scans each layer, recognizes every detail even the hidden insides, separated one 3D objective into many many small and thin 2D layers, using plastic as ink and paper, builds up one layer at a time, from the bottom upward, by repeatedly printing over the same area in a method known as fused depositional modeling (FDM), to get the right structure.
It may take several hours for a 3D printer to complete one artwork, for the printing cannot be continued until current layer became entirely dry out, otherwise the whole work will look like an unproper shaped cake with flours more than enough. These serveral hours is wellworth waiting, for it's already 10 times faster with one fifth cost compared with conventional prototypes.
