上午到公司，发现正常登陆，还可以正常回复消息。
同事反馈用不了，我退出之后，也登陆不了了....
后来发现确实是teams发生故障...

There is a Microsoft Teams global service outage starting at 2022-7-21 09:26 (BJT).
Teams Login/Instant messaging function is unavailable, call/conference is not impacted if user currently logged in.
IT is working with Microsoft for emergency fix. Please use Cochat (https://cochat.lenovo.com) as workaround communication tool.
