打卡第一天，以后尽量多来写写，不然不知道最近干了点啥。
Today I read an article about 5 signs you are wasting your life, maybe it's a little pushing or educational, for me it's totally describing my life. I'm so guilty of what I did in the past days and what I doing right now. First, I always spend much time poking around the phone before getting up, and getting up for me is not a refreshing new start of another day, it's just another random and boring day. During these days, I spent at least 4 or 5 hours a day on social media, movies, TV serious, video games...These activities took up most of my life, my time, while they are inherently aimless. When I threw myself into this activities, I forget who am I , what difficulties did I meeting, how would I continue this dreary life, what I focus was short enjoyment. In the same meaning, I felt vacant and causal before the end of a day. It's said that a purposeful person who has a driving goal will get very tired befofe going to bed, because he has used all of his energy, whether mental or physical activities, through which he make the most of his life. He's look forward to tomorrow's hard yet meaningful work. For me, tomorrow is a same day, aimless and no result. What a shame! What's more, I spend more time thinking, planning, and talking about the future rather than doing something within my ability. Just like the passage says, a weightlifter spend a little bit time researching how to lift weights, but more time practicing lifting the weights. Actions is more louder than words and imaginations. The last point, goal-achievers are too busy getting so many things done to care about what others think of them. Maybe some attitudes and opinions from families, friends, and pop culture are of importance, but they have learnt ignore the negative sound, only left positive words. My life is belong to mine, no matter what decisions I have made, I had brave to take responsibilities, bad or good. Hope we all keep to ourselves, don't let others' ideas drown our feet.
