    1. At the moment it looks...  in the UK, despite the fact that newspapers continually report that people are unhappy with medical care, in fact it is mainly the third level of care, which takes place in hospitals, that they are worried about.

    2. Government reforms have been proposed at all levels and although their success is not guaranteed, long-term hospital care is in fact probably less of an issue than the media would have us believe.

    3. Certainly I will need to do more far-reaching research than I had anticipated, in order to establish if people want extra medical staff invested in the community, or if they want care to revert to fewer, but larger key medical units.

    4. The solution may well be something that can be easily implemented by those responsible in local government, with central government support of course. This first stage has proved very valuable though.

    5. I was surprised by how willing most of the subjects were to get involved in the project I had expected some unwillingness to answer questions honestly. But I was taken aback and rather concerned that something I thought I'd set up very well didn't necessarily seem that way to everyone in my own department.

    6. So musical instruments evolved in ways that optimize their ... properties, how the instrument ... and sends those ... through the air to our eardrums.

    7. Now, professional musicians are very particular about their instruments, they want instruments that help them fully express the intent of the composer, which of course translates into a more enjoyable listening experience for the audience members.

    8. It was about five thousand years ago, even before the first Egyptian pyramid, that’s some amazing Neo.. monuments, ...s were erected at various sites around Ireland, Great Britain and coastal islands nearby.

    9. I am referring, in particular, to structures that in some cases, look like ordinary natural hills but were definitely built by humans, well-organized communities of humans, to enclose a chamber or a room within stone walls, and sometimes with a high, cleverly designed ceiling of overlapping stones.

    10. When we think of large monumental structures built by early societies, an Egyptian pyramid probably comes to mind. But there are some even earlier structures in the British ...s also worth discussing. And besides the well-known circle of mass of stones of stonehenge, which don’t get me wrong is remarkable enough, well, other impressive Neo... structures are found there, too.
