1.shoot sb down 拒绝某人
I always shoot my children down about some unreasonable demands
2.have second thoughts 重新考虑
This year is coming to an end，I have a little anxious,so I need to have second thouhts about my plans of 2018.and then I want to make a better plan for the new year of 2019.
