使用assembly打包方式可以将配置文件、依赖jar、和应用程序隔离开。每次重新发布的时候只需上传应用程序(体积小,速度快),
当不依赖配置中心的时候并将配置写在程序中的时候,每次改动配置都要重新上传文件jar重新发布很麻烦,使用assembly只需要改动配置重新启动就好了
