Today is the National Walking Day. It's for the U.S. anyways. The benefits of walking, um… , why do I have to say that? Everybody knows the benefits for walking.
But I guess for a refresher, walking can improve your mood, walking can reduce your risk of getting cancer diseases, and it can also stimulate your writing inspirations for us writers (or want to be writers).
It doesn’t matter how far or how long you go out and walk. But it does matter whether you can get your b*tt out there and actually do it. That sh*t is hard, according to a tweeter entry that I saw yesterday.
Forgive me the language above. I just quoted somebody else. I thought it was funny. And it has a little bit of punch in it. But it is easier for you to remember, isn't it?
