Review 2018 goals

    I set my 2018 goals on Dec 27,2017, The time pasted 1 month till today, Let me review and improve.

    Goal 1: Read a book once a week.

    Review:   Half will be finished. At the first half of Jan. I feel very difficulty to finish a book within one week as my reading speed is not fast. But very Luckily, my handsome classmate Junge recommended an awesome book called "Break-through rapid reading" that improve my reading speed from around 600 WPM to 10K+ WPM now. I believe it will be more fast in very near future once I keep on practicing. That's make me very confident to finish this goal in left 11 months.

     Goal 2: Get up early, and make breakfast every day.

    Review: Mostly,I did it. I enjoyed cook breakfast for me and Mr. The taste is much better than outside. The good breakfast could provide full energy for new day and refresh you. It's very important begin.

    But need improve some points. Get up early is not so specific. Sometime I get up at 6:30am but some time I get up at 7:00am. Obviously, It's a little hurry if I get up at 7:00am. So I must get up at 6:30am from today. Not too hurry and you could enjoy your whole moring time. 

     Goal 3,Jogging three time once a week,20 min each time. and do 15 min yoga every moring.

    Review: Mostly, I finished. I do yoga in the moring or evening every day. The time is not fixed. I was trying to find which way is the best and adjust it. For the jogging, Regret I only jog around one time once a week. I was also considering adjust two time once a week. That's workable.  Yoga and jog are my most favarity sports. and I feel very good after do these practices. Keep on going!

    Goal 4: Focus on MBA and WSE coursed.

    Review: Yes ,I did it . Keep on going!

     Goal 5, 007: Write an article once a week.

    Review: Yes, I did it. But some time I will delay several hours to submit it. Keep on going but make it on time.  Write an ariticle is a good way to help us review and improve youself. Here I would like to thank 007 organization again that help me build this habit and enjoy it.

    Goal 6,Enjoy toastmast club start from June.

    Review: I have no more energy to do it now ,but I strong recommed your guys to join this amazing club in your spare time. You will get a lots funny and improve yourself from it.

    Just do it!
