In daily life we often say beautiful color, sky, rivers and flowers, animals, especially often say beautiful persons. Here we do not discuss to what degree we can add beautiful quality to these objects and whether natural beauty and artistic beauty can be placed in the same category, but we can say for sure that artistic beauty goes beyond nature. For artistic beauty is produced and reproduced by mind. How much higher mind and its products are than nature and its phenomenon is as same as how much higher artistic beauty is than natural beauty.
在日常生活中我们固然常说美的颜色，美的天空，美的河流，以及美的花卉，美的动物，尤其常说的是美的人。我们在这里姑且不去争辩在什么程度上可以把美的性质加到这些对象上去，以及自然美是否可以和艺术美相提并论，不过我们可以肯定地说，艺术美高于自然。因为艺术美的由心灵产生和再生的美，心灵和它的产品比自然和它的现象高多少，艺术美也就比自然美高多少。

Life goal is not monotonous, nor is beauty. Beauty for its own sake is also life goal. Loving beauty is a part of life goal. Venting life grievances, writing life darkness are beauty.
