Set up little task and having Fun with it

I got impressed by my swimming instructor who is energic, fun. I guess the reason is that he is treat everything as a fun thing to do, he set up a small goal for us, and he cheers us up every time with every movement, he metaphor everything to be a really fun thing. for example, he use scissors to metaphor our legs when swimming.
