stackoverflow上的解决方案如下：

implementation project(':router')
//修改为：
implementation project(path:':router', configuration: 'default')

但出现如下错误

Failed to transform file 'xxx.aar' to match attributes {artifactType=android-exploded-aar} using transform ExtractAarTransform

经过各种尝试发现，去掉“configuration”可成功编译通过
