sqlalchemy版本太高，出问题是，我系统的sqlalchemy版本是1.3.2

pip install mysqlclient
注意：安装mysqlclient时如果报错：OSError: mysql_config not found
请安装：yum install mysql-devel gcc gcc-devel python-devel
