夏日玄饮
【闲谈知味】
不觉今日已小暑。
夏日池塘已有“无穷碧”的姿态,半开的荷花清香阵阵。南宋古人便创了这道「玉井饭」,以应和此情此景。取莲子、莲藕为材料,清香入稻香,食之如泛舟湖面,清爽荫凉。

『墟食考』
玉井饭
原文:章艺斋一日晚酌,命造玉井饭,甚香。美法削藕截作块,采新莲子去皮,候饭少沸投之,如盦饭法盖,取太华峰头「玉井莲开花,十丈藕如船」之句。
山家清供
林洪,南宋人,善诗文书画,对饮食和园林也颇有研究。书中收录以山野时鲜、水果蔬菜为原料的食谱,行文间多涉掌故、诗文等。
