在之前的一篇文章中《vue 3.0探险记》- 尝试安装Element UI，本以为element ui不支持vue3.0了，然而现在看来是我错了。Element UI Plus登场了，我来探索探索。

开始尝试
第一步： 安装
npm install element-plus --save
第二步：引入Element UI 到项目里面（全部引入）
第三步： 使用
在app.vue中添加几个button:
