1、全身都适用的瘦身按摩配方:黑胡椒2滴+广藿香1滴+葡萄柚2滴+10ml椰油
2、腿腹部:天竺葵4滴+黑胡椒2滴+迷迭香3滴+20ml椰油
3、瘦腰:杜松浆果3滴+丝柏2滴+葡萄柚3滴+15ml椰油
4、瘦腿:葡萄柚3滴+迷迭香3滴+丝柏2滴+15ml椰油
5、消水肿瘦腿:丝柏3滴+迷迭香3滴+杜松槳果2滴+15ml椰油
6、消除萝卜腿的精油配方:20ml椰子油+2滴杜松槳果+2滴葡萄柚+2滴丝柏+2滴天竺葵,在手掌揉搓加熱,均勻涂于小腿上,用兩手捏住小腿肉按摩,再用拳頭由下向上打圈按摩
