Let us begin with the second.

Is there such a thing as soul mates? 

灵魂伴侣 是不是真的有呢？

Yes! 

有！

And no! 

也没有！

No, in the sense 

说“没有”

That it isn't always what you think it is in the way that many of you define that idea. 

是因为，它不像你们很多人 所认为的那样

And yes, 

说“有”

In that sometimes it is, but it is also many other things. 

因为有时候的确有，但也有其他很多种情况

In other words, 

换句话说

It is in some circumstances true 

在某种情况下，是有的

That different individuals have created for themselves a particular vibrational match in the idea of another soul. 

比如说，某些灵魂为自己 创造出另一个特定的、振频匹配的灵魂

Sometimes that is actually even a split off of the same oversoul 

有时也可能是 同一个超灵分裂出来的灵魂

Doesn't always have to be, 

未必一定是这样

but it can be. 

但可以是这样

But the idea of soul mate in the context is still vibrational speaking, 

所谓“灵魂伴侣”，从振频上讲

That soul that will for whatever time best reflect to the other person in the relationship. 

就是一个“灵魂”A在任何时候，向关系中的另一个人B

Whatever it is that person needs to know about themselves 

反射出任何B需要知道的 关于自己的信息

To become the fullest representation of their being that they possibly can, 

从而帮助B成为“最完整的自己”

And that person reflects the same back to the other. 

同样，B也是这么地向A反射

Thus, in that context. 

所以，从这个意义上讲

While it may be possible to setup very specific interactions and relationships in life 

你们可能在生活中，建立一个非常特殊的 交流互动关系

That are representative of what you classically call a soul mate energy. 

就是你们自古以来所说的“灵魂伴侣”的能量（关系）

You can also understand that from the definition we have given you 

你也可以从 我给出的“灵魂伴侣”的定义中，明白：

Anyone that you interact with at any given moment 

任何时刻，任何与你互动的人

Is a type of soul mate 

都是灵魂伴侣的一种

Because they are the person needs to be in your life at that moment 

因为在那一刻，他们“需要”出现在你生命中

They are the person standing in front of you at that moment, 

那一刻，站在你面前的这个人

Reflecting to you at that moment, 

向你反射出

The things you need to know at that moment to be your fullest self, 

在那个当下 你要成为完整的自己 所需要知道的

If you use it that way. 

当然，前提是 你这么用这个“反射”

So in a sense,

a soul mate can even be someone that you may call quote unquote, an enemy 

甚至你所认为的“敌人”，都是你的灵魂伴侣

Because they may be putting you in a position 

因为他们可能把你推入某种局面

Of having looked at certain things within yourself 

迫使你去看内在的某些东西

Face certain thing. 

强迫你去面对一些事

Examine certain things within yourself 

让你不得不检视你的内在

That actually ultimately serves you in the best possible positive way. 

而从最终结果来看，这是对你最好的，对你有着最佳利益的

It's up to you to use every relationship in a soul mate fashion 

所以，在每个关系中，取决于 你是否看待对方为“灵魂伴侣”

In order to extract from it 

这样的话，你便能从中提取出

All of the energy and information that will actually truly serve you 

所有能真正为你服务的、你需要的能量和信息

To become your fullest self, 

从而帮助你成为“完整的自我”

And simultaneously reflect back to the other. 

同时又反射给对方

All the things that will allow them also 

所有他们需要的事物

All the opportunities that will allow them also 

所有他们需要的机会

To choose to be their fullest self

从而让他们 也能选择成为“完整的自我”

And when you use relationships for that purpose 

当这成为你关系的目的

In that way as reflections

当你把关系当“镜子”来说使用

to allow, to support all others in the relationship 

并允许和支持关系中的所有人

To give them the best possible example 

做他们最好的榜样

And the best possible opportunity 

给他们最好的机会

To become their fullest self 

帮助他们成为“完整的自我”

Without condition of what that may mean, 

无条件地支持着（翻译未必对）

Then you are functioning in that relationship 

这样的话，你在关系中的作用

To answer your first question in the most mature way possible. 

就是最成熟的，这也是我给你第一个问题的答案

Does that answer both questions for you?

Maturity is the ability to truly see, 

成熟，是能够真正地看清

To truly serve 

真正地服务

To truly know 

真正地知道

What is going on for the best of all concerned.

And to trust and allow the synchronicity in your life 

并且信任和允许 同步性在你生命中展开

To unfold in a way that you know is actually serving everyone best, 

而且你知道，这样才是 最能服务到每个人

Including you, 

也包括你

So that there are no need for the idea of desperation. 

所以，无需绝望

There are no needs for the idea of neediness. 

无需匮乏（小气）

There are no needs for the idea of imposing your ideas on someone else 

无需把你的想法 强加在别人身上

Or trying to control anyone. 

无需去控制他人

Because you know you're already self empowered. 

因为你知道 你已经拥有力量

And you already know 

而且你也知道

That the greatest power requires the gentlest touch. 

发动最强大的力量，只需要你 轻轻一碰

And thus, then when you force something on someone in any way shape or form 

所以，当你试图以任何方式强迫 某件事或某个人

You're actually saying you don't believe in the power of what you say you believe in, 

其实表明了 你其实并不相信 你说你相信的力量

So the idea of maturity is to have a broader perspective 

成熟，是有一个宽广的视角

And an understanding of the nature and structure of existence

And your relationship to it 

知道你与祂的关系

and within it, 

知道祂内在万有的关系

And to each other 

以及你和万有的关系

Knowing you are all connected 

知道你们是相连的

And all reflections like mirrors for each other 

像镜子一样，相互反射

To allow each of you to become who you are as fully as you possibly can, 

互相帮助，让每个人成为“最完整的自己”

And that will create a world of mature adults 

而这样的成熟，将建立一个 成熟的成人世界
