nginx启动报错(1113：......)

今天使用windows版本的nginx启动时遇到(1113: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page)这个错误，在网上搜索了很多帖子，都没有解决这个问题。几番波折，终于发现问题所在。
